Camping

Located on the banks of the beautiful North Fork of the Coeur d’Alene River with 900’ of river frontage, this historic 8.66 acre riverside destination is a favorite for campers seeking to soak up a beauty of the Inland Northwest. Hosting over 60 RV and tent sites with water, power and a combination of pull-thru and back-in options.

Floating the North Fork of the Coeur d’Alene River is a family adventure for even the most inexperienced floaters. Put in your raft or inner tube and enjoy a meandering pace traveling about one mile of river in an hour. Park at Albert’s and we will shuttle you up river, then float back to your car.

Launch your fishing boat from our boat launch at Albert’s and float down river to Cataldo Boat Launch. We offer a shuttle up the river to Steamboat and other locations.

Enjoy a warm summer day floating the North Fork of the Coeur d’Alene River. Albert’s landing offers the following to make your shuttle experience fun and safe:

  • Secure parking at the campground ($5 per vehicle).

  • Shuttle service for campers and non-campers alike ($5 per person up river to Bumblebee Bridge - 3.5 miles or 3-4 hour float back to the campground).

  • Excellent floater takeout location.

  • Tube, kayak and paddleboard rental options.

  • Country store with drinks, snacks and river swag.

Details:

  • Fishing shuttles run all season per appointment. Please call for reservation.

  • Floating shuttles run everyday from mid June to early September as needed.

  • Shuttles and rentals are first come first serve.

  • Shuttling begins when first group arrives.

  • Shuttling ends at 5:00 PM.

  • River rapids are very mild, but please observe river safety.

2025- RV/TENT SITES - $70 PER NIGHT

DISCOUNTS OFFERED FOR EXTENDED STAYS: 7 OR MORE NIGHTS - 15% OFF - 14 OR MORE NIGHTS - 25% OFF - 28 OR MORE NIGHTS - 40% OFF

 Note: RV & Tent sites are subject to Idaho Sales Tax of 6.0% & Idaho Travel and Convention Tax of 2.0% and each booking is subject to a $3 booking fee.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Over 14 or more days prior to arrival - $20.00 fee

  • Between 7 and 13 days prior to arrival - 25% fee based on the total reservation amount

  • Between 1 and 6 days prior to arrival - 50% fee based on the total reservation amount

  • On the day of or after check-in or early departure - 100% of reservation is forfeited

What We Have Done in 2019-2023

  • Major general cleanup of property and demo of unsafe structures - Completed Early May & June 2019

  • Upgrade the water system to bring it into compliance with the State of Idaho’s requirements for a potable water drinking water system of this type - Completed Late June 2019

  • New frost-free yard hydrants at each Riverside Site - Completed late June 2019

  • New 200AMP electrical service and 30 or 50AMP hookups at each Riverside Site - Completed late June 2019

  • New roof on Albert’s Store - Completed late June 2019

  • New 600AMP electrical service and 30 or 50AMP hookup at all 49 Meadow Sites - Completed late October 2019

  • New frost-free yard hydrants at each of the 49 Meadow Sites - Completed late October 2019

  • Online booking system - Completed early December 2019

  • New concrete picnic tables at every site - Completed June 2020

  • New fire rings at every site- Completed June 2020

  • Complete rework of Meadow sites with parking, gravel, and leveled pads - Completed May 2020

  • Improvement of Sites 53 and 54 to provide expanded picnic table and firepit areas adjacent to the river’s edge. - Completed October 2021

  • Riverside selective clearing of dense brush between sites and river shoreline to provide better river views and access - Completed May 2021

  • Expanded inventory and addition of beer and wine for sale in Albert’s Country Store - Completed May 2021

  • Installation of septic/dose tank and drainfield - Completed October 2020

  • Installation of sewer connections to Sites 1-3 and 32-49 - Completed October 2021
