Albert’s Landing Rules

In order to make your and your neighbor's stays as safe and enjoyable as possible, we ask our guests to read and understand the campground rules below. Violators of these rules may be asked to vacate the campground, and no refund will be issued. 

Safety

  • 5-MPH SPEED LIMIT in the campground.

  • Campfires must be in the rings provided. NEVER leave a fire unattended.  A $125.00 fee will be charged to the customer's account if the firepit is moved to a new location.  

  • Motorcycles, UTVs & ATVs can enter and exit a campground ONLY. The 5 MPH speed limit must be observed at all times. 

  • Riding Motorcycles & ATVs around the campground is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

  • Parents are responsible for children at all times. Please do not leave children unattended.

  • ABSOLUTELY no vehicles, motorcycles, UTVs or ATVs allowed on the beach areas.

  • Shoshone County Ordinance prohibits glass containers on or near the river.

  • NO LIFEGUARDS ON DUTY, all swimming, tubing, boating is at your own risk.

  • In order to insure safety after dark, please carry a flashlight. No bike or scooter riding after dark.

  • All campfires are subject to USDA Forest Service and all other agencies current area restrictions.

  • All Fireworks are STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

Camping

  • All guests must check in at Albert’s Store upon arrival.

  • Check in time: 2:00pm / Check out time: 11:00 am, If you wish to stay longer check with our staff at the Albert’s Store.

  • Only 2 vehicles are allowed per site to include the tow vehicle and camper/motorhome. We provide additional parking for visitors, extra vehicles, trailers, boats, etc. 

  • Occupancy: Only one (1) RV and one (1) tent per campsite or two (2) tents per campsite.

  • Single campsites are limited to a maximum of 6 guests.

  • Camping is permitted only in designated camping areas.

  • Camp mats or ground covers are only allowed in graveled areas.

  • All equipment and vehicles must be ON GRAVEL within the designated campsite or designated parking area. PLEASE DO NOT DRIVE OR PARK VEHICLES ON GRASS, including ATVs, UTVs, bicycles and motorcycles! A $25.00 fee will be charged to the customer's account if a vehicle is found driving or parked outside of graveled areas.  

  • Visitors and/or additional vehicles must register at Albert’s store, purchase a parking pass for the duration of their stay, and display a parking pass in the front window of their vehicle. Visitors are prohibited to park in camping sites, and must either park in designated overflow areas, or in the parking provided on the roadway outside the park. Any vehicle found within the park or in designated parking areas without a valid parking pass will be either towed or a $25.00 fee will be charged to the customer’s account. 

  • Sewer hookups are only provided on Sites 1 - 3, and 32 - 49. Due to Idaho State septic rules, we do not have a dump station on site. Campers without sewer hookups cannot dump in sewered sites upon departure. The Exxon at the Interstate 90 Exit 43 has a dump station if needed. 

  • The campsite must be clean when you depart. DO NOT burn garbage, bottles, or cans in fire pits. $25.00 clean-up charge will apply to pits left with garbage in them after checkout.

  • DO NOT cut, mar, or damage trees. Firewood is available at Albert’s store.

  • No washing of vehicles or RV’s on the premises

Pets

  • Pets are welcome, but must be kept on leashes (six-foot maximum length) or maintained inside a tent, camper or portable fence and must not be left unattended at any time.

  • No excessive barking will be tolerated in the park.  

  • Pets must be walked by a responsible person.

  • Pet droppings must be picked up and disposed of immediately.  A $25.00 fee will be charged to the customer's account if pet droppings are found in or around the camping site after departure.   

Respecting Others

  • Campground quiet time starts at 10:00 pm – 7:00 am, NO: loud music, loud conversations, or any other noisy activities during this time.

  • Maintain minimum exterior lighting during quiet time.

  • Motorcycles & ATVs traveling to-and-from campground on county roads, please limit speed to help reduce excessive noise in campground.

  • No explicit music allowed at any time.
